In the Reading Response 6, I found out the difference between deductive and inductive process. which helped me to improve my final draft paper. I consider the deductive process as a Holmes's way of thinking, and the inductuve as a Dr. House's method of thinking.

The process of deduction:

  1. All arguments must be true.

  2. All explanations of arguments must be consistently and clearly defined.

  3. The first point of the message must connect with the next point. It means that you have to always remind your main ideas of paper.

  4. No valid deductive argument can have two hypotheses.

  5. No new point can be presented in the end of writing.
